An innovative, mission-driven technology company is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a mature B2B SaaS product that is already an established market leader within its niche. This is a unique opportunity to join a profitable, early-stage scale-up where you will play a key role in evolving a core platform while expanding it into new industries and international markets.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and commercial teams to balance customer needs, technical priorities, and long-term product strategy. This is a hands-on product role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, making data-driven decisions, and delivering meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and execution for a core B2B SaaS platform.
• Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer feedback, business objectives, technical debt, and engineering capacity.
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad consisting of Engineering and Design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to define product priorities.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear product specifications and actionable user stories.
• Make informed product decisions using data, customer insights, and business impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints, system architecture, and data models.
• Continuously improve the product through experimentation, customer feedback, and iterative releases.
• Contribute to long-term product strategy while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
• Leverage modern AI tools to improve research, synthesis, documentation, prototyping, and product workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Previous experience working in an early-stage startup or scale-up.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands across customer requests, feature development, and technical improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional product squads.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, databases, or data models with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with complex business domains, methodologies, or regulatory environments.
• Hands-on approach with a strong ownership mentality.
• Active user of AI-powered productivity tools within the product development process.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Existing authorization to work in Germany and willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
