About the role

Synthflow is a Series A company building multimodal AI agents. We’re hiring a hands-on, entrepreneurial Product Manager to join as an early member of our product team and turn complex customer problems into products that work in production. You’ll work closely with financial-services customers, founders, and engineers. Moving between customer discovery, product decisions, technical details, data, and execution. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build and ship, not manage process.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with financial-services customers to understand their workflows, problems, and where AI agents can create measurable value.
• Turn customer insights, product data, and commercial context into clear product priorities and well-scoped engineering work.
• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering on AI-agent workflows, APIs, integrations, automation, and technical trade-offs.
• Define how we evaluate product and AI-agent quality using customer outcomes, analytics, and AI-system performance.
• Track what gains real traction in production and continuously improve, rethink, or scale what we build.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of hands-on product experience, ideally in an early-stage or highly technical environment.
• A track record of shipping AI products to production and achieving meaningful user or business traction.
• Strong technical depth: REST APIs, ability to write basic scripts, and a solid understanding of agentic workflows, prompting, automation, and LLM evaluations.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to turn messy customer input into clear priorities and actionable engineering work.
• Entrepreneurial, highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward shipping and measurable outcomes.
• Based in Berlin and able to work with the team in a hybrid setup.

Strong pluses

Experience with LLM evaluation/observability tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Braintrust; improving AI agents in production; or building products for financial services or other regulated industries.
