About this role
About Andercore
Andercore is the AI-native supplier of industrial materials for energy, infrastructure, and construction in wholesale and beyond.
We trade with global suppliers and distribute to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade and distribution end-to-end: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier; for our partners, it is the most convenient and safe way to do business across borders. Behind it, our software and agentic AI do the heavy lifting that used to take an asset-intensive supply chain with four or five intermediaries and weeks of manual coordination.
Where We Are Today
We are building the world's first and last industrial-grade AI operating system for materials, redefining how global trade works in one of the largest and most essential industries on earth.
About This Role
We're hiring a Director Product Management to own a core product area end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction and ship it yourself, reporting directly to the founder.

Where We Are Today
- Strong triple-digit-million euro turnover
- Seven European markets live
- 80+ people across Berlin (HQ), offices in London, Mumbai, and Shanghai

About This Role
We're hiring a Director Product Management to own a core product area end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction and ship it yourself, reporting directly to the founder.
What You Will Own
- A P&L-relevant product area (logistics automation, pricing, or embedded finance) from discovery to shipped outcomes
- Concrete targets, not vibes: we run on automation and retention metrics, and your area will have a number attached
- Discovery with real users: traders, logistics operators, and buyers, weekly and in person
- Prioritization and delivery with your engineering squad, including the calls on what not to build
- Post-launch iteration driven by usage data and margin impact, not opinion
- 5+ years in product management with at least 2 at a B2B scale-up, owning a product area through significant growth
- Shipped products in an operations-heavy domain: logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, fintech, or similar
- Fluency with data: you pull your own numbers, define your own metrics, and change course when they tell you to
- A track record of fast MVP cycles: built, measured, iterated or killed, and you can walk us through the decisions
- Experience shipping AI-powered features to production is a strong plus
- Fluent English; German is a plus, not a requirement
- Not a people-management role on day one. You'll lead through the product, with a path to building a team as the org scales.
- Not a strategy-deck job. If your best work lives in slides rather than shipped product, this isn't the fit.
- You are slef-motivated, iterating fast, and eager for product success
- You are a self-starter who takes ownership of a problem and makes sure it’s solved
- You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement
- A lifelong learner, someone who can dive into a domain quickly and become an expert
- Data-informed, business-oriented and relentless in execution
