Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our Enterprise Technology Services team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role would support senior leadership in driving high-visibility Agentic AI initiatives, bridging technical product management and strategic project execution. You will lead the delivery of AI solutions tailored for People & Culture, Legal, and other departments. The ideal candidate navigates ambiguity effectively and transitions seamlessly between strategic oversight and detailed technical or operational deep dives. Your objective is to identify manual bottlenecks, deploy automation at scale, and measure the resulting operational impact.

  • Define and own the strategic product roadmap for internal AI and automation tools, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Assess and synthesise broad organisational challenges to identify root causes, dependencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI projects, such as large scale AI driven agents, Slack-integrated agents, enterprise search, and n8n workflows.
  • Define, track, and iterate on core success metrics, including financial savings, hours saved, ticket deflection rates, and AI adoption rates.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, operations, and senior stakeholders to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Develop structured communications, status updates, and decision-support materials to maintain executive visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in technical program management, product management, or strategic operations within a large enterprise.
  • Pragmatic AI Advocate including daily usage of AI tools at expert level (e.g., Claude, Gemini) : deep understanding and a practical ability to prototype, build and automate using agentic AI focuses on business impact
  • Experience managing integration of enterprise platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Atlassian, n8n and other enterprise grade stacks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and ask tactful yet challenging questions.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and own product KPIs (e.g., SLA adherence, user satisfaction, financial impact) and translate ambiguous problems into clear, prioritised engineering backlogs.
  • Systems Thinker: Adept at synthesising large amounts of information to navigate complex, ambiguous technical dependencies and undocumented workflows.

Nice to have

  • Positive Team Player: You naturally "bring good vibes" to the group. You focus on what is possible and actively contribute to a supportive, healthy workplace.
  • High Adaptability: You absorb rapid organisational change and shifting requirements with an open mind, free from premature assumptions or strong judgements.
  • Inclusive Mindset: You champion diversity of thought and background, ensuring our internal AI solutions are built equitably for a global workforce and you work well within a culturally diverse team.
  • Humble Learner: You stay humble and objective when evaluating feedback, prioritising continuous improvement and team success over personal ego.
