Staff Product Designer | 2-3 stage process | Start-Up | Berlin (On-site) | C1+ German & English
I am working with a brilliant AI first start up in Berlin who are going through a great period of growth and wanting to make a key hire in their Design team!
They are super busy with work and want a Product Designer to help drive, and mould their design function for the future as they continue to have success.
Info:
- 5x per week in their Berlin office
- 2-3 stage interview process
- Senior-Staff level roles
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Salary - €80-100k
- Equity available
Requirements:
- Been the sole designer in the past and understands what comes with that
- 5+ years commercial experience
- Enjoys the full design lifecylce particularly the UXR & UX work
- Ideally worked on an AI Native product in the past
- Great research skills, enjoys hosting/running workshops both remotely and onsite
- Understand how to utilise AI to improve your day to day
